About me

If you need a referral or an answer to an uncomfortable question, having a familiar face behind the stethoscope can significantly improve the quality of your care.

Research shows that primary care (a visit to your family doctor, a consultation with a nurse, advice from a pharmacist) is still the strongest foundation of good health care - and your relationship with your family doctor is a key element of that foundation.

Acupuncture Tools

Acupuncture is an ancient healing art of inserting very thin needles into points on the body to activate qi energy. The flow of qi energy can be obstructed by several factors, e.g. emotions, poor diet, too much work, trauma or stress. Acupuncture restores the natural flow of qi energy and brings the body back into overall balance.

Chinese herbal medicine is one of the largest herbal systems in the world with an unbroken tradition dating back to the 3rd century BC.

Herbs consist of leaves, stems, bark, roots or seeds. Each is characterised by its unique effect. When combined in an effective way, they perform a variety of tasks and help the body to regain its overall balance.

Food Photography

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, traditionally "healthy" food is very different from the modern recommendations you might see on TV or in magazines. According to Chinese medicine a healthy diet is based on energetic principles and promotes a balance of the body that cleanses itself of toxins, resulting in a well-functioning body that is energised and healthy.
