In case of cancellation or postponement of the appointment, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours before the agreed appointment. This way we can guarantee an appointment to customers who are on the waiting list.
Please read our cancellation/postponement policy:

From June 2022, any patient who does not show up, cancels or reschedules the appointment without at least 48 hours notice before the appointment may be charged a no-show fee of EUR 20.

Any new patient who has a no-show in the first appointment will NOT be rescheduled.

A no-show fee is charged to the patient and must be paid via bank transfer before the next visit.
